물건을 도난당했다면 배송 업체(USPS, UPS 등)를 탓하기 전에 먼저 물건을 판매한 소매점(아마존, 월마트 등) 고객센터에 연락해 도난 사실을 알리십시오. 대부분의 대형 유통업체는 경찰 리포트 번호를 요구하거나 자체 규정에 따라 새 물건으로 재배송해주거나 환불을 진행해 줍니다.
